Sr. Facilities Resource Manager

We are dedicated to delivering impactful results to meet mission goals through cutting-edge technology and expertise. We are seeking an Sr. Facilities Resource Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective solutions for our DoD customers within the IC sector.

• Assist with planning coordination, execution and enhancing efficiencies in the management of the recapitalization program and appropriated budget
• Ensure initiatives are aligned with industry  best practices
• Manage appropriated facilities funding
• Provide stewardship over the appropriated budget, facility condition assessment and recapitalization initiatives which include preparing strategic written responses to questions for the record, defense of budgetary reductions, and support for Chief Financial Officer (CFO) inquiries
• Lead, track and report organizational performance metrics and be fully involved in all facilities inputs for the Budget Justification, Program Build Submission and other strategic planning initiatives
• Support formal communications and attend meetings with executive level stakeholders
• Obtain, organize and maintain data necessary to respond to ad hoc and scheduled facilities data calls

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; high school, vocational school, or trade school diploma and five (5) years’ work experience in a similar field may be substituted for degree requirement

• Minimum of eight (8) years of similar experience
