Scrum Master

We are seeking a Scrum Master- Software Development Project to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective solutions for our DoD customers within the IC sector.

We are seeking a highly motivated SCRUM Master to lead agile software development activities and ensure effective team collaboration, delivery, and continuous improvement. The SCRUM Master will support a fast-paced development environment, driving the team to deliver high-quality solutions that align with project objectives and customer requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Facilitate all SCRUM ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders.
• Practice/Technical Manager leads experienced consulting teams and responsible for the day-to-day implementation and operations aspects of the system for high quality, integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget.
• Maintain and administer Jira, ensuring all boards, sprints, and issues are accurately tracked and up to date. Remove impediments and proactively identify process improvements to maximize team efficiency.
• Support Product Owners in managing the product backlog and ensuring clear communication of priorities.
• Track and communicate key agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, sprint progress) to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability within the team.
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, UX designers, and business analysts, to achieve sprint goals.
• Develops methods, techniques and evaluation criteria providing functional and technical experience on on-premise, cloud, and hybrid based solutions.
• Develops detailed design of Oracle IT capabilities which may involve integration with third party products and/or GOTS capabilities. This includes designing, implementing, testing, and deploying more complex extensions or configurations needed to address customer unique business processes and workflows. Works on substantive and unique issues that identifies risks and risk mitigations

A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Three (3) years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams

Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM principles, practices and framework.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Government issued clearance with polygraph required

Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD processes, and iterative software delivery.

Experience in government or regulated environments.

Technical background or familiarity with full-stack development.Knowledge of SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.

Certified SCRUM Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is a plus
