This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing the maintenance and repair of facilities, including buildings, equipment, and systems. Oversee the allocation and utilization of space, including office layouts, meeting rooms, and common areas. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of services. Assist with storage, maintenance, move related preparation, equipment, and property coordination. Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovation of office and common space furniture and equipment. Escort other non-cleared personnel in their work performance. Assist in managing mail, courier, and shipping service data with the federal counterpart. Provide facilities and administrative support.
Highschool or GED and Five years related experience in facilities management or a related field, such as maintenance or operations.
