Applications Developer

We are seeking an Applications Developer specializing in Web Design and Content Management to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective solutions for our DoD customers within the IC sector.

Role Overview:

This role involves contributing to a technology-based program that supports a key government customer. The program delivers engineering services for network infrastructure, sophisticated enterprise computing environments, and modern application technologies. The Applications Developer will work with containerized solutions, orchestrated workflows, and manage transitions to advanced data center management tools. This position offers a fast-paced and rewarding experience contributing to solutions for one of the government’s most complex and high-profile programs.

Primary Duties:

• Manage and maintain a Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) environment, specifically the Nlyte product suite.

• Oversee the transition and integration of legacy DCIM tools to Nlyte.

• Provide Tier 3 support and identify systems integrity issues and solutions throughout the system lifecycle.

• Perform hybrid duties as a Systems Engineer, Systems Administrator, Applications Developer, and System Integrator.

• Develop and maintain back-end applications, including server-side development and API integrations.

• Write PowerShell scripts and Python code to support system operations.

• Design and implement solutions using Microsoft IIS, .NET, ADO, MSSQL, SSRS, and SSIS.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft IIS, .NET, and ADO.

• Proficiency in Python coding and PowerShell scripting.

• Advanced expertise in MSSQL, SSRS, SSIS, and writing complex SQL statements.

• Experience managing Nlyte applications.

• Application experience in transitioning legacy DCIM tools to Nlyte.

• Systems administration experience (Linux, Windows, and variants).

• Development experience in day-to-day operations of DCIM tools.

• Back-end development experience, including server-side and API integrations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

• SQL administration experience.

• Advanced skills in systems integration and the ability to write integration code for ServiceNow.

• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code practices.

• Experience with cloud design, implementation, and configuration.

• Expertise in Security Development Operations (SecDevOps).

• Integration experience with third-party application
