- Lead problem definition, analysis, requirements development, and implementation for complex systems, offering guidance across technical, managerial, and administrative aspects.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating manpower and IT capability needs across the USCYBERCOM J2 portfolio to ensure alignment with operational requirements.
- Contribute to the development and drafting of acquisition documents and related materials, and support program analyses including business, cost, and sustainability analyses.
- Offer subject matter expertise, coordinate tasks and projects among internal and external stakeholders, and provide recommendations for organization-wide system improvements and optimization across various technical specialties.
