Requirements Manager

The Requirements Manager will be responsible for assisting with capability requirements and traceability by aligning the requirements to Mission Essential Tasks (METs), Command priorities and Department of Defense guidance’s. Assists stakeholders with submitting, coordinating, tracking, reporting and archiving requirements. Builds or amends business processes for managing capability requirements and associated working groups and boards. Demonstrates exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast pace environment

• A Bachelor's degree in Management or related field is required to support this effort
• Demonstrated experience with crisis management in high-risk or high-consequence environments
• Knowledge of the customer’s life cycle and operations, how to support them and assist in execution
