Systems Engineer

SilverEdge is a premier provider of innovative cyber, software and intelligence solutions addressing everyday challenges to meet mission goals across the DOD and Intel Communities and beyond. We are seeking a candidate to provide system expertise to our team of IT engineers.

• Working within various ticketing systems to track work and log potential threats and issues (eg; JIRA, ServiceNow)
• Provide Tier I & II problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution or escalates to Engineering team
• Answer questions or resolve server related problems for clients via telephone or using tools to gain remote access.
• Provide assistance concerning the use of server hardware, installed software applications, and operating systems.
• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.

Required Qualifications:

We are actively seeking candidates with a minimum of 11 years' experience, and a range of skill levels from basic to advanced.  

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree are preferred
