Systems Integrator - Expert

SilverEdge is seeking candidates for the following position: Systems Engineer/Senior Technical Advisor - Expert
This position offers to assist and advise the Customer's Senior Representative to another customer organization. While the specific duties vary to meet the dynamic needs of the Senior Rep, the work of the Senior Advisor is expected to employ an array of executive-level skills and leverage experiences similar to those of a Senior Representative, but lacking the authorities to speak or make commitments on behalf of the Customer.
• Strongly support the goals of the Senior Rep, while respectfully challenging assumptions via skillful dialogue that encourages advancement and best partnerships.
• Exercise strong independent initiative and excellent judgement in efforts to identify opportunities and risks and develop draft positions and suggestions for engagement strategies.
• This role serves in a position of trust and must strongly protect sensitive insights and thus remain informed and able to support transparent communications with the Senior Rep."

• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA, 6+ years with MS/MA, 3+ years with PhD; additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required
• Familiarity with a variety of customer technical systems across multiple organizations
• Must be able to learn quickly on the job and be an independent, self-starter
• Must have and aggressive can-do attitude and a willingness to pivot from one role to next dependent on customer requirements
• Have a technical operational background
• Must have experience with translating and simplifying complicated technical topics for Senior Staff and or non-technical audiences
• Must have excellent communication skills

Security Clearance:  Active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret Clearance w/ FS Poly Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
